Content Recommendations

Convert visitors into buyers through the automatic display of the most effective advertising material from your library of teasers and banners. For this process ready-made variants of display content such as teasers will be supplied. prudsys RDE will automatically select and display the best advertising material from this library of ready-made material. Displays can be optimised on the basis of customer reactions to each piece of advertising. For example, if a particular banner attracts more clicks, shopping baskets and sales, it will be given a higher rating and will be displayed more often. Changes in customer behaviour due to external factors such as seasonal changes, changes in the weather and parallel marketing actions will be recorded and taken into account in displays. prudsys RDE ensures that only the most effective advertising is used without the need for any time-consuming manual testing.

Social Search

Help your visitors to find what they want quickly. Offer recommendations based on search terms and user behaviour and then rank search results by degree of relevance. The behavior of each individual user (clicking behavior, merchandise purchases, orders, search queries, wish lists, memos and other factors) will be recorded and combined with the behavior patterns for all web site users. The result is a behavior pattern linked to a particular search query. In this way a particular search query can indicate the intentions of the visitor making the query. This knowledge is then automatically processed and fed back either as search recommendations or as a search result list where the items are ranked by personal relevance.

Ideally, the module prudsys RDE | Recommendations will also be running in your online shop collecting more information about general user behaviour which will then be included in the process for generating the call center recommendations. If customers are already known to the online shop their current interests are also taken into account when generating a recommendation. Clicking behaviour, previous shopping baskets, search queries, wish lists and other information are used to discover customer interests and make it possible to improve relevance and ensure that recommendations keep pace with the customer's current interests.
