Prudential Systems becomes a corporation

The Prudential Systems Software GmbH has completed its change to a corporation - the prudsys AG. With this measure, the enterprise seated in Chemnitz as one of the leading Data Mining enterprises on the German market points the way ahead for the expected further growth.

On the tide of its successful growth, the Prudential Systems Software GmbH has changed to the prudsys AG corporation. The Prudential Systems Software GmbH was founded in 1998 by employees of the Chemnitz University of Technology. In the June of 2001, the envia Energie Sachsen Brandenburg GmbH took shares in the Data Mining enterprise that had advanced to the position of a technology leader in the meanwhile.

"The growth of our enterprise and the increased demands have caused a situation where the old legal form of the company was no more sufficient. With the change to a corporation, prudsys has a secure future and further on strengthens its market position among the German Data Mining enterprise," says Dr. Andreas Ittner, founder of the enterprise and Spokesman of the Board of the prudsys AG.

The further members of the board are the managing partners and co-founders Dr. Michael Theß and Sascha Trautzsch.

For its supervisory board, the prudsys AG could enlist competent persons: Mr. Prof. Werner Dilger (Artificial Intelligence Group of Chemnitz University of Technology) as chairman, Mr. Armin Wiersma (Director Corporate Development, authorized signatory, enviaM AG) as deputy chairman, Mr. Hans Schulze (attorney, managing director of enviafuture GmbH), Mr. Michael Tippmann (Kienbaum partner) as well as Mr. Dietrich Jaeschke (founder of PSI AG).

"It is our announced objective," so Dr. Ittner, "to grow continuously and strongly. At this, the unambiguous focus is on securing our technology advance to be able to offer our customers a clear competitive advance through the use of Data Mining in the future."
