Couponing

To do this prudsys AG offers a variety of analytical tools and algorithms such as shopping basket analyses, reinforcement learning and Bayesian networks. The system will produce personalised coupons based on buying behavior and other profile data of the individual recipients. This significantly increases cashing-in rates.

Customer loyalty cards

Customer cards build loyalty through actions such as personalised discounts. However, they are only truly effective when they intelligently use all the information gathered about the holder's purchasing behavior. The real-time analysis of available online data and customer reactions ensures that the personalised approach is kept up to date and immediately takes into account any changes in customer behavior caused, for example, by factors such as changes in the weather.
